In collaboration with top surveyors, including prominent media or research companies, iCIO Awards ensures a trusted and objective evaluation process. Honorees are selected through a thorough assessment and are judged by a panel of respected experts in business, technology, and digital transformation. *

Nominees must hold the title of Chief Information Officer (CIO) or an equivalent position.
Nominees must be the highest-ranking IT leader within their organization.
Nominees must be from end-user organizations (non-IT vendors). CIOs from IT solution providers or vendors will not be considered.
Following the nomination, all eligible candidates will be assessed by surveyors. The evaluation and selection process are highly confidential and conducted with strict discretion.
Deadline for submission: 14 September 2025
Honorees of the iCIO Awards will be selected based on application submissions and interview results, evaluated by an independent surveyor and a panel of expert judges through a confidential and thorough process.
Nominees are strongly encouraged to include key projects, initiatives, or achievements in their application answers for judges' consideration.
The process includes four phases:
Application Screening
Conducted by an independent surveyor to verify eligibility and completeness.
Ranking
The top 15 nominees will be announced by judges scoring.
Selection Interview
The Top 15 nominees will be interviewed by the judges and then scored. Nominees will be notified in advance to prepare
Judges’ Deliberation
Honoress will be picked based on judges scoring on Phase II & Phase Ill
