Agus Wicaksono started his career as Systems Engineer at Honeywell-Bull (Jakarta) and Computer Programmer at Huffco Singapore (Singapore). He has then been working in oil and gas industry throughout the years until today.
Prior to joining Chevron in 2005, he served as ICT Manager (Information and Communication Technology) at VICO Indonesia (owned by BP-ENI, East Kalimantan – Jakarta), and Senior IT Manager at Unocal Indonesia, and a break-out time as Managing Partner of an IT consulting firm (foreign investment). He has been tasked with various projects and roles ever since at Chevron. The latest among others are delivering Global Information Link (a ~$ 50 million project) to IndoAsia region (Jakarta, 2009-2010), and establishing IT Strategic Plan for Global Upstream Drilling & Completion (Houston, Texas-USA, 2010-2011).
On his current role, he manages the whole spectrum of Information Technology and Management for Chevron IndoAsia, covering key geographic operation areas of Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java, plus other growth areas in Indonesia, Philippines, coordination with Asia Pacific region, and member of Chevron Global IT Leadership Team.
He contributes to several professional organizations and community engagement: leading IT Committee at Indonesia Petroleum Association, member of Asia Pacific CIO Council for Microsoft, and member of Enterprise Board of Advisors for Intel Asia Pacific. Previous activities include President, Indonesia Oracle Applications Users Group, Vice Chairman of Japan’s Center of the International Cooperation for Computerization – Indonesia Chapter, Deputy Head of ICT Division, Indonesia China Business Council, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2002-2006), eCommerce Task Force under Directorate of Oil-Gas, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (2006-2007).
He graduated from IPB (Agric-Mech. Engineering), studied International Business and Economics at Sophia University, Tokyo, and Systems Engineering and Technology at CICC, Tokyo. He has been gone thru various training courses and seminars on Technical, Management, and Business related subjects, including an Executive Education at MIT, Cambridge, MA-USA.
Deden Anugerah started his career at PT Sierad Produce, Tbk. since November 2002. He worked mostly in team of auditors. He conducted analysis of the operational, technical management and financial problems. the auditee were experiencing and provided recommendations on solutions. He also assumed sole responsibility for ensuring that all auditee difficulties were resolved and that appropriate recommendations were given to the auditee to improve their operational, systems of ACCOUNTING and financial management. In the execution of his work, relationship management and effective liaison with all auditee were key to his success.

Natali co-founded Urbanesia.com, a city directory, which has already been acquired by the biggest media company in Indonesia Kompas-Gramedia and also started Golfnesia.com, a golf reservation system, a joint investment between local Indonesia investment and Itokuro, an Internet media company from Japan.
Currently, Natali is the co-founder and CTO of Tiket.com, an online travel and entertainment system. Natali with the other co-founders have transformed the startup into a very successful and profitable company. With over 5000 tickets sold a day, Natali has scaled the technology and startup into an enterprise company.
Natali with two other initiators Nuniek and Ollie also runs the biggest startup community in Indonesia called #StartupLokal, which they have run for over five years and consistently held monthly meetups to nurture the startup ecosystem in Indonesia.
