The iCIO Awards 2023 is Back, Here Are the Winners

This year iCIO Community is again holding the iCIO Awards event which awards the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Who are the winners of this prestigious event in 2023?

Like the previous implementation, there are four categories contested in the 2023 iCIO Awards, namely The Most Innovative CIO, The Most Influential CIO, The Most Intelligence CIO and The Most Inspiring CEO

And after going through a series of judging processes, as many as three CIOs and one CEO were determined as winners. They are Yessie D. Yosetya (Director & Chief Digital Transformation and Enterprise Business Officer of PT XL Axiata Tbk.) as The Most Influential CIO; Bambang Setyawan Djojo (International Business & Technology Director, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk.) as The Most Innovative CIO; and Soleh Ayubi, (Deputy Director, PT Bio Farma (Persero)) as The Most Intelligence CIO.

Meanwhile, the CEO who was selected as The Most Inspiring CEO was Margono Tanuwijaya (President Director, PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP)).

The announcement of the iCIO Awards was made at the same time as the 2023 CTI IT Infrastructure Summit from the CTI Group which took place today (9/3) at The Tribrata Dharmawangsa, Jakarta.

Evidence of Performance during a Pandemic

After being delayed for 2 years due to the pandemic, this year’s iCIO Awards entered its 8th year. This event aims to appreciate the achievements of CIOs and CEOs from various industries and backgrounds who have successfully become innovators in encouraging the implementation and utilization of digital technology, so that they can increase the best value and performance in accordance with business goals.

According to the iCIO Awards jury, candidates are assessed based on various parameters that show efforts to support the acceleration of digital transformation, good acumen and reason to increase business competitiveness, as well as provide the best value to organizational or corporate stakeholders.

“With the capacity, knowledge and experience of the jury, their assessment is an important confirmation of how CEOs and CIOs are able to drive company and organizational performance through the use of information and communication technology. It is an honor and an honor to present awards to the winners of the 2023 iCIO Awards for their performance and contribution to the company through the pandemic years which have not been easy for all of us, especially in the business world,” said YB. Hariantono Chairman of iCIO Community in his written statement.

The iCIO Awards 2023 jury for the CEO category are Ignasius Jonan – Indonesian Minister of Transportation (2014-2016); Indonesian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (2016-2019); and Hasnul Suhaimi – Commissioner of Petrosea & Triparta Engineer; Independent Telecommunication Practitioner.

While the jury for the CIO category is Richardus Eko Indrajit – Information Technology Expert & Rector of Pradita University, Rudiantara – Indonesian Minister of Communication and Information Technology (2014-2019), Hery Atmadja – Partner of PT Ernst & Young Indonesia, and Taufiq Rahman – Chief Editor of The Jakarta Post.
